In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene’s devastation in North Carolina, we witnessed something remarkable. Amid the chaos, search and rescue teams, alongside their fearless K9 companions, worked tirelessly to save lives. At the same time, thousands of shelter dogs were displaced, many left behind without a chance to show their potential.

We saw an opportunity to make a difference. ByteMe was born out of a simple but powerful idea: to equip K9 heroes with the best gear while giving shelter dogs a second chance to serve and shine.
